Living at Higher Volume: The Antidote for Fear’s Whisper

Fear isn’t your voice… it’s just the echo from every time you’ve been told to play small.
Fear is the only thing keeping you from all that you want. All that you are meant for. All that is waiting for you in the field.
I see it in myself. I see it in my clients. I see it on social media. Fear.
The insidious feeling and voice that holds us back. That makes poor choices. The voice that sounds just like us – speaks like us, uses the same words we do; so deep inside that it must be “me”?
It’s not you.
It’s the part of your mind that is trying to keep you safe. Small. Protected. Lack… Ego.
The moment you get excited about a certain post or share, but then your mind talks you out of it… ‘people will think it’s dumb’.
The time you were about to do something exhilarating, but “safety” kept you on the sidelines.
The vacation to the country & culture you deeply want to visit, but money concerns justify otherwise.
The side hustle or business you always wanted to go for, but it’s just not prudent anymore.
You’ve had many challenges to overcome since you were little. Some that were quite traumatic. Some you’re not sure how you made it through. And yet you did. You’re still here. Surviving. Sometimes thriving.
But the critical voice remains. Steadfast. Hypervigilant. Super cautious in moments you could be hurt. Or rejected. Or offended. Or shamed. Or judged. Or laughed at.
That is the price of being bold. Living life at higher volume. Following your inner wisdom. Being guided. By Truth.
As you move through adulthood you start to get glimpses of it. Alignment. A pull.
You have moments…
Moments where you feel that guidance, wisdom, and connection. Wholeness. Flow. Presence. Deeper meaning. A pull.
Sometimes you wonder if it’s possible to have more of that. More often.
It is.
Anyone can pull up a strategy or tactic on Chat or Google.
It’s never been about having the information.
It’s always been about applying the information. Embodying it. Becoming it.
You’re not reading this by accident.
If this stirs something in you, reach out. I’m never too busy for a real conversation ...because presence is connection, and connection is what’s real.
